These Terms govern your use of Foozera, a shopping-simulation service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the service operated by Foozera ("the Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
The Company publishes these Terms on the Service so members can review them at any time.
The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to members), stating the effective date and reason.
If you do not agree to amended Terms, you may withdraw your membership. Continuing to use the Service after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
The Service includes: browsing products, a cart, a simulated checkout screen, simulated delivery tracking, and account management.
Every step of the Service that is labelled "checkout," "payment," or similar is a simulated procedure and never results in a real monetary transaction.
The Company may modify the content of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
The Service is generally available 24 hours a day, but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or other operational reasons.
To register, you submit the required information and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without verifiable parental/guardian consent, and may restrict or remove an account found to belong to a child under 14 without such consent.
The Company may decline or later terminate a registration made using someone else's identity, false information, or for another improper purpose.
You may withdraw your membership at any time from Account Settings or by contacting us; we will process the request promptly as required by law.
The Company may restrict or terminate an account, after notice, if a member violates these Terms.
The Company protects members' personal information as required by applicable law; details are set out in the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service's brand names, product names, images, and text belong to the Company or to third parties who have properly licensed that content to the Company (e.g. stock photography providers).
Brand names shown in the Service (Maison Verlaine, Aurelio Motors, Solteira, Altiora Sport, Norrland Home, and others) are fictional names created for Foozera and have no affiliation with any real company or trademark.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without the Company's prior consent.
The Service is a simulation for entertainment and mindful-spending practice; it does not involve the sale or delivery of real goods.
The Company is not liable for damages arising from a user mistaking the Service for a real shopping transaction; the Company clearly labels the Service as a simulation throughout to prevent such confusion.
The Company is not liable for a failure to provide the Service due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Except where caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company's liability arising from use of the Service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company and a member will first make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court will be determined under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

The Service does not sell real goods, so registration as a mail-order/online retailer under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce may not apply — confirm with a Korean advisor for your specific setup regardless.
