This policy explains what personal information Foozera ("we," "the Company") collects, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have — written to meet Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Foozera is a shopping simulation — no real payment is ever collected and no goods are ever shipped. We still collect a limited set of real personal information to run accounts, personalise simulated-order emails, and keep the service secure, and we handle it under Korean law like any other online service would.
Personal information reaches us either because you typed it in, because a sign-in provider sent it to us, or because it's generated automatically as you use the site:
Once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, electronic records are deleted using methods that prevent recovery. Foozera does not keep personal information on paper.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or business purposes. We only disclose it where you've separately consented, or where required by law (e.g. a valid legal request from Korean authorities).
We use outside providers to run parts of the service, under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we specify:

If you sign in with "Continue with Google," your email, name, and account identifier are sent to and processed by Google LLC, which may process that data on servers outside Korea (including in the United States). This is an overseas transfer of personal information under PIPA.
If you sign in with "Continue with Kakao" or "Continue with Naver," the same categories of information are sent to and processed by Kakao Corp. or NAVER Cloud Corp., both Korea-based companies that process this data on domestic servers — this is a third-party disclosure of personal information within Korea, not an overseas transfer.
In every case, we only receive the minimum profile information needed to create or match your account — see the relevant provider's own privacy policy for how they handle it on their end.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and withdraw any consent you've given (including marketing consent), at any time.
Use Account Settings to update your profile or marketing preference, or contact our Privacy Officer below to request access, correction, deletion, or a suspension of processing — we will act on verified requests without undue delay.
Users under the age of 14 may not create an account without a parent or legal guardian's consent. A parent or legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's information, or withdraw consent on the child's behalf, by contacting us below.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and remember your cart, and an optional "stay signed in" cookie if you choose that option. These are necessary for the site to function.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent staying logged in or keeping items in your cart.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Records of which products you viewed, added to a simulated cart, or clicked through to a real brand's site are used only for internal service statistics and improvement — never sold, and never used to build advertising profiles.
